1. General questions


What is the status of my order?
- Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
- Once your order has shipped, we will send you another email confirming the estimated delivery date and a link to track your order (if the delivery method allows it).
- You can also track the status of your order via the Track My Order section of the website.
Can I change my order?
- We can only change orders that have not yet been processed for shipment.
-Once your order is in "Preparing for Shipment", "Shipping" or "Delivered", we cannot accept any changes to your order.

Where do you ship?
- We currently ship to all countries in the world.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
- After you place your order, it usually takes 2-3 days to process and ship.
- Standard shipping time for countries covered by our shipping partners is 10-14 business days.

2. Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
- You can make purchases on our website using a debit or credit card.
- We also offer support for Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- You can select these payment methods at checkout.
What currency will I be charged in?
- We currently only support the following currencies to bill our customers in their local currency: USD, CAD and EUR.

- If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, you will be charged in USD, CAD or EUR depending on the site you are at. Your bank will apply the conversion rate of the currency you have chosen.


Do you offer a 3 or 4 payment option?
- Not yet. We are working hard to make them available to you.


3. Shipping

Where do you ship?
- We ship to any country in the world.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
- After you place your order, it usually takes 24-48 hours to process and ship.
- Standard shipping time for countries covered by our shipping partners is usually 10-14 business days.
How do I track my package?
- Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

- In addition, you can track the status of your order via the "Track My Order" section of the website.
What if I'm not at home?
- If you are not at home, a new delivery will be made the next day or the delivery person will contact you to reschedule a new delivery date, depending on the country and the delivery method you choose.
- You may also need to go to your local post office to pick up your package if it cannot be delivered.

4. Returns


Do you accept returns?
- We accept returns under the following conditions:
o The item must have been sold in our online store.
o The item must not have been used in any way.
o The request for return or exchange is made within 30 days of delivery.
o Returns will be made within 14 days of the request for return or exchange.

Can I exchange an item?
- We accept exchanges and follow the same conditions as a return.
- To request an exchange, please mention that you wish to exchange your item for another item when preparing your return with our support.
How long does it take to process a return?
- Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receipt in our warehouse.
- Once your return is accepted, a refund, exchange or store credit will be issued within 14 days of your return being accepted.


5. Other questions

Is there a warranty?
- We guarantee that all products manufactured by us and sold through our online store are free of defects. We will gladly accept any request for return or exchange resulting from a defective item provided that the following conditions are met:
o The item must have been sold via our online store.
o The item must not have been used in any way.
o The request for return or exchange is made within 30 days of delivery.
o Returns will be made within 14 days of the request for return or exchange.
